I have a NF-F12 PWM fan that I was going to put in the front of my computer case (NZXT - Source 210 Window ATX Mid Tower Case). how will the fan get any air with the cover of the case in front of it. Right now it only has the rear fan. I'm also planning on putting one on the top.

Solution
Here's a photo of the front of the source 210 case. This one has led lighting which can be seen glowing through the channel/slot around the front cover. Like kaptainkuftic suggested, it's around the edges of the panel. Air will be pulled in around this channel by the front intake fan(s). Red arrows to highlight the gap between the edge of the frame and the edge of the front panel piece so the gap is more visible.

Sorry, meant to say the front panel has slots on it I think. I can't remember offhand unfortunately.
