In the last month I got a problem at win10.When I start certain games I don't see the content of some windows interface.Like when I click right I don't see anything,or if I click on a drop down there isn't showing anything unless if I wait like 30s.If I close the AMD processes they begin to show.

I got this peace of art

Also when I start the computer I hear a single beep .Can it come from the graphics card?
What compatible and similar graphics can you recomand for like 80$ ?

Solution
Well there's your issue. You are using some old tech for one. You may want to consider re-installing Windows to get clean it up a bit. I wouldn't recommend upgrading your GPU unless you are stepping into GTX territory. The GTX 750 Ti is still a good card to have, but for that price a GTX 1050 Ti would be the better choice.

The cpu is a dual core 3,3GHz i3 ,4gb ram dd3 .I thought to take the ssd from the laptop to boost it up but I am scared that will get too much dust

Forgot to say that the display is 1080p and the maximum render size is 1080 from the gpu

I considered that as a solution, but I can't backup 500Gbs of data, also if is a problem at drivers then the gpu driver is the problem but I think that I overclock it with the resolution so I must change it. The beep that appears when I start the computer is from graphics card?

Most likely, that beep is letting you know your system passed the POST (power on self test). If you have multiple beeps, then that's an issue.

Again, I don't think it drivers. You are certainly welcome to update, but if you have a bunch of useless "crap" on your computer, it can slow it down. Running a defrag could possibly help if you don't want to install.

C is 1% defragmented, if you say that the problem with UI dissapearing isn't from the gpu performance maybe I should upgrade drivers and maybe clean it with compressed air
