so i have a 6700k that i pair with h110 chipset (it was a present from my parent that doesnt understand much about pc),i was planning to upgrade to z170 and overclock it then i found this motherboard its pretty cheap and has a lot of feature.but in amazon many people review that this mobo die after several months,is this true?does anyone ever tried this mobo and what your opinion ?

I've not heard that about Asrock boards, but have no experience with them personally....
Asus Z270A-1 Prime boards are only $155 or so these days...at one point, MSI SLI PLus Z270 variants were down to $135, and highly rated.....
