computer makes beep sound only once (that is all is good) but screen stays black

Ive change my graphic card... And when i plug my VGA cable in my new graphic card... My computer powers on normally... Makes the beep sound normally like everything is good! But my monitor stays black! And i've uninstall the onboard graphic driver and changed the bios setting to PEG/PCI.. Please help me out and thanks in advance

That's quite a low end cpu. What brand is the psu? And what is the gpu make & model please?
