Ok, so I just upgraded my motherboard from an asus rog strix z270h to a gigabyte aorus z270x-gaming 7, also running a i7 7700k and have a cooler master hyper 212 evo cpu fan. Ever since I put my build together the cpu fan randomly gets loud and runs very fast, my cpu temps also jump from my normal 31-35 C to around 70-80 C which freaks me out. I've messed with the BIOS and turned the fan on quiet mode, but that didn't seem to do anything. Any help would be much appreciated.

The 212evo is not a good cooler for the i7 7700K, because the i7 can run very hot, that will cause the cooler fan run at highest speed to cool the cpu.
Recommend to buy other better cooler for the i7. I add the linker for more info.
