I have assembled a fresh new PC https://ibb.co/hYhJQ5 and tried to boot up. blank screen on the monitor, but fan is running and lights on MB I can see are green and a few yellow near PCI-express. I tried taking out ram 1 by 1 and also disconnected all sata cables.. seems MB is getting power from PSU since fans are running? can this be related to CPU?
There is no sound or beep, I suppose I need to start with getting a speaker to identify the problem?
