amd fx 9370 over hot?

Hi guys i just build a pc

here are the specs:

AMD FX 9370 Vishera
16 GB RAM DDR3
GTX 960 4GB
Asus sabertooth f990 r2
Power Supply 750 Watt.
Noctua NH U12P


the problem just when i play game lika dota 2 i always got temperature at 60.
is that normal?
idle at 30°C 3,9 GHz VID = 1.3750 volt
someone said me that the max temperature for amd fx 9370 is 60°C
or something wrong with my build

im just thinking that amd is noot good for gaming because the temperature too hot

You should install a Noctua NH-D15 or better cooler. That CPU draws 220W at stock frequency. You should use AMD Overdrive to check the thermal margins at full load; they should be 10°C or higher.

because i already have the mobo.
so what is the normal VID from amd fx 9370?
what cooler do i need?
