My Internet package is 200mbps but i only get 80mbps on my pc wired

My mum has just recently upgraded our internet package to 200 mbps, however i am not getting this on my pc i am only getting 80 - 90 mbps.

I have checked my router and it supports 150 + speeds so that shouldn't be a problem, my network cables are all cat 5e cables. but when i try to change my Duplex speed to 1gb my computer says that i dont have a cable inserted and so i have to change back to 100mbps how can i fix this ?

(my mobile gets 185mbps using wifi)

What make and model router? What make and model is the pc network adapter are you using?

Try another known working Cat 5e cable.

On the pc's network adapter try using manual settnigs versus "auto" or vice versa if now set to be manual.

It does appear that you have tried that to some extent via duplex speed...

If you do not have IPv6 service, uncheck IPv6.
