is 2.0 MOBO for a 3.0 Graphics Card really an issue ?

is it possible to use GT 1030 in a 2.0 MOBO and will there be any fps drops because the card supports 3.0 ? because i saw some comments saying performance will not be good as it would be in a PCI 3.0 slot ?

No its not an issue.

I use a 3.0 card, with a CPU that only provides 2.0. Makes no difference.

There might be a couple of fps difference with a high end card, but not with a GT 1030.

^ Agreed the last test that I saw was using 980ti's and they were barely effected.
