I am currently experiencing a problem with my TP Link AC1300 Archer T6E WLAN card with my Asus Prime B350 Board.

Whenever I switch on the switch to my PC power supply and perform a cold start, the first POST will always fail and auto-reset. The motherboard will attempt a second boot on its own and then it will successfully boot to windows.

However, if i do not switch off the power supply after shutdown/reset. The next POST will be successful. Problem only arise on the first boot after i switch on the power supply.

Using either PCIEX1_1 or PCIEX1_2 will result in the same problem

I have contacted TP Link and also tested the WLAN card on another motherboard, no such problem occurs. Hence, the problem is not with the WLAN card. WIFI connection and drivers work perfectly okay on windows as well. The problem should be related to the motherboard's booting setting but I do not see any PCIE related settings on bios.

Anyone has any idea?

I think it is not a problem with the WLAN card because when i remove it, the problem disappears.

This is a very weird problem since it only occurs at first POST and at other times, it work perfectly normal in windows, receiving good wireless connection. I feel that it has something to do with power delivery by the motherboard the very first time I switch on the power supply. Have contacted Asus but no reply yet. :/
