Java option missing when right clicking a file and selecting "Open With". This is an issue that is going on with my friend. he tries to open a file which is supposed to be a jar file but its not. So I Reccomended him to right click the file, click on open with, and select java. He did that, accept, there was no java as an option but only winrar or internet explorer or something like that.
