Hello guys, I've been using an AMD FX-8320E for nearly 2 years and I have a question which CPU is worth it as an upgrade.
I mainly play games at 1080p 60hz but will try to upgrade to 144hz in the near future. I also do some photo and video editing at times.

My current rig
Cpu: FX 8320E oc 4.1GHz
Ram: 16GB 1600Mhz DDR3
Gpu: Gtx 1060 6GB
Cooler: CM Hyper 212X
OS: Windows 10 64 bit
Psu: EVGA 650GQ Gold 80+

1700 is a solid choice for editing if you can regularly put all cores to use.

The 7700k is the gaming benchmark to beat, but it won't really matter with a 1060.
