I want to ask that can my PC can run GTA 4 smoothly without any lag. If yes then at what FPS?
Specs:-
CPU- Intel Pentium Dual core E2180 @3.00 ghz
GPU- MSI Nvidia GeForce GT 710 2gb DDR3
RAM- 3 GB DDR2
If you know then please help and reply...

Unlikely. Even if GTA 4 were optimized well for the PC, which it isn't, This build isn't strong enough. You might be able to run it if you get the resolution way down, but I wouldn't hold my breath

Edit - Wow, didn't realize system requirements were that low. Maybe it can be run on that system. I still wouldn't hold my breath though

While this is true, he still should be able to run it because the specs are relatively low for this game. Again it was rockstar's first attempt after Vice city.

WHAT? GTA 4 requires only 1 GB RAM and what about GPU??
