Uninstalling Display driver problems

I just tried uninstalling display drivers using something called guru, said it wanted to restart in safe mode, and it created a restore point, but when it restarted, it wouldnt display, and then the power went out, now it still wont display. Sometimes when windows does something like that it wont display but it will eventually, also, could it just have messed up the GPU and I need to install the new one and everything will be fine?

Go ahead and do that. I would also recommend to not start in safe mode.

it displayed once i plugged in the new GPU, 950 wouldnt show safe mode and it kept reobooting in safe mode
so I went into normal and uninstalled, installing new drivers now, thanks man
