P.S: budget 4gb gpu as i am really poor

Solution
you don't need to worry about bottlenecking your CPU, but your CPU bottlenecking your GPU. At this point only a GTX 1050 Ti is recommended. However, that CPU may struggle in more demanding games.
What is your budget?
What is your current graphics card?
You want to make a biggish jump to be satisfied.

Best to not use vram or gddr type as a selection criteria.
Usage is different between nvidia and amd drivers.
In general, the vram you get will be appropriate for the card.

FX-4100 has a very weak core speed; I would speculate that something like a GTX1050ti would be the strongest card you could usefully use if your games are fast action shooters.
Less if you play sims, strategy or mmo games.

well your processor is very much likely to bottleneck the cards such as gtx 1050 or 1050ti in terms of gaming and so using all the 4gb of graphics will a steep job for the GPU but still they can be recommended along with rx 460, gtx 950/960 etc.

My last gpu was r7 250x and I cant really play the games that i want to play. Like PUBG(Even if its not really fully optimized) Mafia 3 and so on.

Im also planning to upgrade the processor to a fx-8350 or 8320 maybe after 3-4 months? Thats why i really want to know what i can use now that will not really bottleneck the gpu because im trying to also save for a cpu
