That's about a 250W PSU. Given that this almost certainly not even a good 250W PSU -- the model's owned by Codegen, one of the notorious junkmakers -- I wouldn't trust this to power a glass of lemonade. 550W is a complete lie, there's no combination of rails that could get you to 550W.
