Need an opinion on my pc (first time pc builder)

Solution
Not sure what the market is over there, but my only suggestion would be to get a GTX 1080 if possible. Not sure if it is too much out of your budget, but it will surely help. I would also recommend a new cooler. Something like the be Quiet! Dark Pro 3 or Cryorig H7 (less expensive). The Hyper 212 is good, but it is pretty dated. That i7 will get hot, and needs more cooling.
