So a few months ago I bought a custom built pc with a gtx 1060 graphics card and it has been working fine but all of a sudden I cant run games above 10 fps I have no idea what happend leading up to this I also had a problem where when I turned on my computer it said no DVI even though it was clearly plugged in and when I turned it on It flashed colors and restarted that has no stopped but Im afraid it has somthing to do with the low fps on games

Its constant as soon as I get pas t all loading and am actually in game for my other components I have a Intel i-7 7700 processer

Solution
Double check you have the latest GPU drivers installed.

Is the game hitting 10fps as soon as you start the game, or more a delayed response?
Is it intermittent fps drop, or constant?

What are your other components?

Can out of date drivers cause your kind of problem? Undoubtedly.

Driver problems can cause mayhem. Drivers are what allows your device to communicate with your operating system. So if you have a faulty, out of date, or non existent driver, your operating system and therefore your computer, cannot communicate with the device correctly.

Glad to hear it's up and running properly again! Remember to always keep your drivers up to date, they may not seem important, but they can cause absolute mayhem if not kept up to date.
