Overclock a processor

Solution
Not much, it is a locked processor, presumably on a locked board.

100Mhz (BCLK) x 36 (CPU Frequency Multiplier) = 3.6Ghz
You can try increasing the BCLK to like 103Mhz and get to just over 3.7Ghz. But that is such a minor increase it isn't worth it. And it can increase instability.
