First of all,I am sorry because this probably is not the right category to post in,but i could not find anyone that would match my question.
So,i made a 750$ pc build on amazon.com and,as it is stated in this article https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=527692 orders worth more than 25$ include free shipping.Now,the problem is that i live in Europe(Romania,part of the European Union)and ,for example , when i enter a product's page(let's say the cpu,ryzen 5 1600x),it states:
Eligible for free shipping
Price:228 $ + $69.92 Shipping & Import Fees Deposit to Romania
In stock
This item ships to Romania.
So,it actually does cost me a lot for the transport,or is it actually free?Again,sorry for wrong section.
