Solution
Back up your important files on whatever storage device you have in mind. Do a fresh install of the os. After that, blast the storage device with the files with every anti virus program you have. If it comes back clean you can transfer them to your freshly installed operating system drive. Yeah, there might be a risk that something might slip past the multiple and various virus scans but you have no other choice if you want to keep these files. Just do it. You might have the Luck of the Irish.
Are you updating the definition file of malwarebytes/other scanners?
If you had them on your PC months/years ago and just using the old definition files that will not be very successful.

If you are running the latest definition files then the infection has a rootkit (or multiple) reinstalling the malware when you reboot.
Trying to find an neutralize an unknown infection over the internet is the proverbial needle-in-a-haystack, will probably just need to wipe and reinstall windows.
Only thing else I can suggest trying is open start menu and type "msconfig", then enlarge it and go to the "boot" tab and then take and post screenshots of what is in there and we can tell what to try to disable. This will not get rid of the virus, just keep it from automatically starting up.

Drop the bomb and do a fresh install. Sometimes that is your only last and best method to get a clean running system again. I have done it in the past and so have many others. Nuke that system!

okay guys i can do a reinstall but i'm afraid that if i make a backup and then restore the files to the new windows that was installed the rootkit or whatever that is will be restored with them,so if it is somewhere in these hidden appdata, programdata ... files then i will do a reinstall but if it's in an important folder that i need than i have to find a way to remove it
