Adding to what Herc and USAFRet stated:
Your motherboard is a low end model that will not support a 125w (or higher) cpu, thus it is not compatible with an 8320, 8350, 8370.
You can get the E version (quite noticeably not as good) or a fx-6300 but the board was never designed to be competent at overclocking.
Not to mention that the upgraded CPU based on 2012 technology is just throwing away good money after bad.

In short money will be much better spent saving to do a full upgrade (cpu, motherboard, memory, psu, gpu).
A pentium G4560 + B250 motherboard + 8gb ddr4 memory will run $180 USD and from there you will at least have a solid platform to grow on.
You have older hardware. That FX-4300 is pretty old and weak. I wouldn't upgrading your GPU until you get a new CPU. But that means you would have to get a new motherboard. Sure, going to the FX 83xx series works, but you are still upgrading in the past (if that makes sense).

Again, even if you upgrade your GPU, your CPU may cause a bottleneck. Going to a RX 560 or GTX 1050 (even the Ti version) would work. However, a bottle neck may happen with that 4300.

I would get a used card if possible. Something like an HD 7850 or GTX 660. These are guaranteed to be compatible with your older motherboard, they are much faster than that 730, and they are a good match for your CPU.

You will need a power supply with a 6 pin connector though. The one good thing you can say about the GT 730 is it uses little power. So open the case and look at the label on the power supply. Make/model? What does it say for wattage? This will be a number like "300W".
