So guys do you think this build is good to play games at 1080p?

MB - Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2
RAM - 2x 4GB DDR4 2400 MHz, A-Data
PSU - Corsair VS650
HDD - Seagate BarraCuda 2TB
GPU - GTX 1050Ti, 4GB, Gigabyte
CPU - Intel Core i5-7400

If that H110 board is not from the current batches, you might need to buy/beg/borrow/steal a Skylake CPU to update the BIOS of that board before you can use that Kabylake CPU.
Better go for a cheap B250 board instead for out of the box compatibility or clarify with vendor if the board BIOS is updated.
Also Corsair VS series is a low tier PSU. Change it to a better one like Corsair CXM 450w or Seasonic S12II/M12II in that range. You wont need more than 450w for that setup. Use these as loose reference...
