Right now I have a Powercolor Radeon HD6670 1GB of GDDR5 as well as 2x4 GB of ddr3 RAM. I am wondering if anyone can help me with a build for under 110 dollars that can support the graphics card that I already have. It doesn't have to be super powerful, I just want to be able to play some games like Half Life 3 and CSGO, possibly Overwatch and Heroes of the Storm. I also want to be able to run discord and spotify in the background while I play.

That is a hard price range even for the cpu and motherboard. Use your old RAM and video card. Your not need a HD and PSU by chance?
