My computer has ceased receiving Internet from either my modem or router when wired up (desktop with no wireless capability). I have tried alternate cables, that work when I use them to directly connect my laptop. I have replaced the modem and all my WiFi devices receive Internet from my router just fine.

I have tried:

Restart into Safe Mode with Networking then open a Command form and type in the following:-

ipconfig /flushdns then press Enter.

Restart the machine - still into Safe with Net and enter the following, pressing Enter after each:-

netsh winsock reset catalog

netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log

netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log

One more restart back into Safe with networking and put the final command in:-

netsh int ip reset reset.log and press Enter. Restart into the Normal running mode and see if that helped.

Replaced cable
Reset connection multiple times
Uninstalled driver and reinstalled (I am using the latest one)
Tried manually inputting and ip address/subnet/gateway/dns
Ran MicrosoftEasyFix20140.mini.diagcab
Disabled ipv6 (re enabled later)
Probably more that I can't think of off the top of my head.

Here is my ipconfig /all

Solution
I'd say your NIC is just going out. As for the wireless issues, that is likely just due to the the adapter if you got an inexpensive one. Low-end networking devices can be temperamental.
I might have missed it in your post, but have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the drivers?

If you have done that and it didn't resolve the issue, then after everything else you have tried I'd be forced to assume the NIC in your PC has died. A replacement should be cheap though.

I did uninstall and reinstall the drivers, both the old and most updated, without any effect. No I could not reach the router user interface on that computer. No local stores carry a NIC so for now I grabbed a USB wireless and for the most part it seems to work though I lose the internet, even though I am still connected to the network, every few hours and I have to unplug and plug back in the wireless adapter to get it to return, but I'm not sure if that is the computer or just a POS USB wireless adapter.
