Good evening everyone, I have a deepcool genome pc case that comes with a liquid cpu cooler. I got the case with no hardware at all. No screws, nuts, accessories, nothing.

My question is what size screws and nuts do I need to mount the cpu cooler properly, and where can I purchase them from. Is there a chance a local hardware store would sell the right things? I tend to think they would not, im thinking the nuts have to be an exact size as to allow the water block to sit perfect on the cpu and not be too lose or too tight, but thats just a guess.

The parts I need come with the Deep Cool Captain 240 EX AIO Cooler, that cooler looks identical to the the deepcool cooler that came in my case.

Link to a video of the cooler being installed.

For all I know your cooler is supposed to bring the screws in the box. If it doesnt you have to order them from where you bought it or send it back to get a new one with everything inside.
Or if it came with your case it should have everything necessary for you to be able to mount it.
Again, talk to your supplier.

I pre ordered the deepcool genome case, it literally came with no hardware at all. Just the bare case. No instructions, screws, nothing. It also leaked bad from the waterblock 4 months after purchase. The crazy thing is it was never used. I never put anything in the case. I bought it, stored it, and it just leaked in storage. I found where the leak was from, fixed it, and now that I have the parts to assemble it and I realize it should have come with hardware. I sent them one email and they literally gave me a giberish response saying to check there website for specifications....All I asked was if they could send the hardware.
