Google is your friend and alot faster than posting here. Simple Google search turns up alot of March info, that not till 2H 2017 (i.e. Xmas) a Ryzen APU will be released and there is several more detail articles about them.

Sadly though Ryzen out of the gate, and now the revealed VEGA new Video cards all are '2nd tiers' to Intel / NVidia apparently, which are long established, optimized, etc. for the tasks at hand and basically AMD is like a come to late Johnny to the party.

You would need to completely replace the system, as the RAM is different (DDR4), the Mobo Chipset is totally different, etc. So your looking at a total new PC just because nothing, except SATA drives work in the new hardware standard on both Intel and AMD side...

Just to let you know.
