What is the best gpu for i3 540 in case of gaming?

Here are my specs:

i3 540 3.06GHz
Intel DH55TC mobo
12gb RAM
FSP raider 650w psu

I have an integrated graphics card and I'm planning to upgrade it to GTX 560ti or GTX 660 but if my i3 bottlenecks both of them I won't upgrade anymore. Any suggestions? Or will my i3 540 bottleneck any of them? and will it be compatible with my mobo? and any suggestion for other gpu? Thanks in advance!

I did my research and I can't go any higher than gtx 750 as they say so I need some suggestions thank you.

I'm quite low on budget so upgrading my processor is not on my list.

75$ - 100$ is my budget and I have enough for 560 ti but a little bit short for 660 but I can manage to buy it.

Yes, and in future you can buy i5 or i7 to your PC without GPU bottlenecking.
