Hello,
I'm trying to build my own gaming pc, my budget is flexible but i rather keep it under 3000$
I was thinking about:

cpu: Intel i7-7700K Kaby Lake Quad core CPU - 4.2 GHz - Max Turbo Frequency 4.5 GHz
gpu: MSI geforce GTX-1080-GAMING-X
m-board: MSI Z270-GAMING-PRO ??
memory: Corsair 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 VENGEANCE® 3000MHz C15 Memory Kit
disk1: Corsair 480GB SATA 3 6Gb/s SSD - Force Series™ LE
disk2: Westurn Digital 2TB - 3.5 inch - WD Caviar Purple series - SATA3 6Gb/s interface - 64MB Cache - 5400-7200rpm
power supply: Corsair RM750i 750W PSU 80+ Gold Modular

Do you think i neen to buy a better cooling system for the CPU separately ?
Should it be air or water cooling ?
and specifically which model do you recommand ?

Also about the case, which case will be good for me ?

I would very much like to hear your opinions, and if you disagree or think my choices are unnecessary
Thanks

Is this PC for gaming only?

If yes, then you don't need 32GB of RAM, 16 is more then enough for all games right now.
Also, higher RAM speeds won't give you more FPS (unless you are planning to buy a ryzen CPU).

About the CPU cooler, you should buy one separately, the stock CPU cooler the intel gives is very bad and also creates a lot of noise (and you won't be able to over clock you CPU with it).

About the case, just look for a case that has good reviews and looks good. In my opinion the NZXT S340 / H440 are great cases the can fit all of the components of your PC.
