Should i buy computer parts from eBay ?

The seller with the PC has 96% ratings and the seller with the gpu has 76%ratings . Please help .
I am buying a prebuilt and a gpu separate.

Yes, I have had zero problems with buying parts from eBay.

I would avoid the GPU seller though due to the rating.

I try to consider the feedback over the last year (negative feedback before that could of been resolved by better practices now)

The seller has sold 6-10 gpus with positive ratings but the negative ratings have come from the other things that the seller has sold which are non pc components. The GPU is said to be refurbished .

Depending on the GPU I'm sure there are plenty of others floating around.

How about a 1050Ti brand new from Amazon that is LP for 200 after conversion ( Gpu pricing in India is shit ) . The 750Ti goes for 100 used and 150 brand new for LP .
