Gtx 1050 fans not spinning and no display

I recently changed my motherboard and processor to g4560 motherboard to an asrock h110m. Not being reformated and installed a new windows I tried to plug in the hdmi chord to my gpu and tried to boot it up then to my surpirse the fans wont spin and it has no display. Is it broken? Because on my previous motherboard my gpu always spin. Pretty sure I installed the gpu properly on the motherboard.

PS. Windows not reinstalled after change
Mobo drivers also not installed

Dear Joshua,

You should have done some more research before you bought your new board and cpu, because your H110m out-of-the-box does not support a pentium g4560 cpu. A Bios update is required. I don't know if this can be done with a computer that doesn't boot.
