Internet speed problem

Internet connected via cable (ethernet) is slower than wifi.
When I connect to the Internet via cable, the speed is slower than WiFi.
My connection is via ADSL

Ethernet: 1,3 mb/s
Wifi: 1,5 mb/s

If your phone provider says your signal is good at the outside of your house, then you could try a new wire to where the modem is. It could be your house wiring is hurting your performance.

Yeah, and i pay 24Mbps.
But I do not live in the city either, so I must not wait for great speeds.
