Hi, Im planning to buy these components, will it run without problems?

HDD - WESTERN DIGITAL CAVIAR BLUE 3.5" 2TB
CPU - i7-7700 (with stock cooler)
GPU - MSI GeForce GTX 1080 AERO 8G OC
Motherboard - MSI B250 GAMING PRO
DVD/CD - LG DVD±R/±RW/RAM, GH24NS 24X SATA, M-DISC
RAM - Kingston 16GB DDR4 SDRAM 2400MHz CL15 HyperX Fury Black Series
Power Supply - Corsair VS650
Computer Case - NZXT Source 210

Few more questions:
- Is 650W supply enough?
- Will it all fit into that case?
- Does MSI B250 GAMING PRO support 2400MHz RAM?

Thanks for your time ;)

Solution
All looks good and a 550w is enough for the 1080. The case can but you need to remove the lower hard drive case. The 2400Mhz is stock for the 200 series so it works. You should get a cheap after market cooler to keep the CPU cooler and possible boost more.
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - Hyper 212 Plus 76.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($14.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $14.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Thank you, I have one more question. I found an EVOLVEO T3 case, which looks cool. Will there be any problems with that one?

Sure it supports a 400mm video card and 163mm heatsink so it has more room than the other case.

I realised that the shop I was buying at didnt have the MSI B250 GAMING PRO, so I replaced it with MSI B250 MORTAR, is that OK?
