What do you guys think of my pc build? Is it good? And will it last me a long time?

CPU: i5 7600k
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hypo Evo 212
Motherboard: Asus Prime Z270-P
Case: Thermaltake Versa N21
Graphics Card: Gigabyte G1 Gtx 1070
Power Supply: Corsair Cx750m or Corsair Cx650m
Ram: Crucial Single 8GB DDR4 2133
Hard Drive: Seagate 1TB

Is this good or should I go for a Ryzen 5 1600x build instead. This build will be mostly gaming and some streaming and video editing.

Solution
You supremely cheaped out on the RAM, thats straight up not enough for streaming, and its slow. Get yourself a good DDR4-3000 2x8 gb kit giving you 16gb of fast ram.

As for the PSU 650 is more than enough no reason to go 750.

The 212 EVO is outdated, get the Cryorig H7, its better.

Finally why not add an SSD for your OS, will help overall system performance especially boot times.

Could you recommend me the specific ram like the brand or something. I'm new to building PCs.

I was thinking of changing the Cpu cooler too.

As for the SSD it's out of my price range of $1100

GTX 1070 is a bad buy right now miners have jacked the prices through the roof, for the same price you can get a 1080. Added that and the ram in here for you. If you are paying over $430 for a GTX 1070 you're getting jacked.
