4K gaming and WD Caviar Blue 2TB

Hi,
I am building a new PC and I would like to ask if I have a GTX 1080 & i7-7700 is it ok to buy WD Caviar Blue 2TB? It has frequency 5400 and 64 MB cache.
Wont the frequency affect the gameplay? Will I be able to play 4K?

It shouldn't affect actual gameplay or fps in games, it'll just affect loading times in games. Any decent SSD would load things much faster and give much better general system performance, but yes, it'll be fine for playing in 4K.
