Hi. Trying to re-install windows 8.1 but getting the error message in the title when it is on the installation screen. I have tried unplugging all other hard drives

The EFI System Partition is suppose to be formatted as a FAT (i.e. File Allocation Table) file system.

Did you delete all of the existing partitions during the OS install process and let the install process re-create the partitions in the file systems that it needs?
