I can't take my motherboard off.
When I try to screw out the screws, 4 of the standoffs move with the screws.

That happens all the time. You can remove the mobo with some of the standoffs still on, just keep screwing until they come lose from the back plate. Remove them later with a small spanner/wrench, when the mobo is off, and put them back in the case.
