Is my Computer good enough to run Dolphin Emulator without fatally damaging it?

I have a Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1630 v4 @ 3.70 GHz with 32.0 GB Window 7
64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor that I brought back in the autumn of 2012.

I can run Dolphin reasonably well. No major issues aside from graphic errors sometimes when it loads too many things on the screen, shutters rarely or if i'm near too much reflective surfaces but I'm pretty sure that just had to do with my dolphin settings and not the computer itself. Depending on the game, it can lose a lot of frames but usually doesn't crash during this time.

What I am most fearful of is whether or not playing on dolphin can have some kind of effect on my computer later down the line? Maybe the effect is so small that I don't notice it like at all until after a certain amount of time.

Can playing Dolphin fatally screw up my computer? Can playing on Dolphin infect my computer with viruses? If you guys can provide anything at all that I should be aware of that would be very appreciating! Thank you for your time!

Here's a recording (I use OBS) of what I'm seeing (Yes it's TP): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=weTIJIFRx3s&feature=youtu.be

No you should not have any issues because of the emulator down the road. If you do have issues down the road, it is not going to be because of the emulator but rather either user error or system is old and parts are starting to go or other reasons.

Thanks for the link! Like right now, I don't notice any problems other than what I stated above but like I said, I fear that it would cause some unneeded issues if I do it for too long and worst problems that I won't be able to revert.
