Your motherboard only has USB2.0 headers (there are two). It doesn't have USB3.0 headers.
What you can do is connect the USB3.0 front panel cable via a USB3.0-to-USB2.0 adapter and plug that to one of the two USB2.0 headers of your motherboard, such as this: https://www.amazon.com/19-Pin-USB3-0-Adapter-Header-Cable/dp/B01CJWBY3I. Your other USB2.0 front panel cable will be plugged on the other USB2.0 header of your motherboard.
The effect is, you will be able to use the USB3.0 port of your case, but, it will only run in USB2.0 speeds (not USB3.0).
