well here is the thing, the power went out for about 5 minutes this afternoon. The pc was on when this happened and when the power went back up the PC wont progress from the booting screen. (we have window 8 and 10 in the same pc thats why th ebooting screen). there a green led light up inside of it when it has power connected pbut not on the keyboard and mouse wont work either even thought they are not damaged.also i have tried the things listed bellow:
- disconectiong power and pressing on button for about 10 seconds
- ive changed the plug
thats pretty much it. also we have a surge protector so i dont think a component died
