USB mouse and keyboard not working on fresh win7 install

Built a new PC m/kb don't work on windows 7 do on bios, even installed win7 on a ssd on another PC and the m/kb still worked there ( the ones I was using for that PC) help please

i fixed this by making a usd scandisc as bootable and downloading windows 10 pro upgrade to this and installed on old hard drives. i also used my old windows key to activate. i do not like windows 10 but nothing else i could do. asrock motherboard is not compatible with windows 7 due to no drivers for my mouse and keyboard. if this would of allowed me to use my mouse and keyboard i may been able to find drivers. wish i could go back to windows 7.
