It's not good idea to play any violent games such as GTA, CSGO, Assassin Creed, or etc.. on laptop. These games are specifically for desktop computers.

Not true at all, desktops are generally better equipped to handle games but there is no reason why he can't play them on his laptop, he specifically even says his laptop has a dedicated graphics card.
