Usb 2.0 to 3.0 case upgrade

I have an old raidmax smilodon dirk tooth case that has front panel usb 2.0 ports and the motherboard im getting is a msi b350m gaming pro with a usb 3.0 header. Is there a way i can just swap out the usb ports without getting a new case because this one has sentimental value.
