PS3 Very Low FPS

Hello, I bought used Playstation 3 Superslim 12 GB and when Im playing a game I have about 10-15 FPS which makes it almost unplayable. I watched some gameplay videos if the issue is normal but its not. The game is Far Cry 2 new and not scratched CD. Is there anyway to fix it or I just need to change my PS3?

The 12GB SSD space has been a complaint on those systems. It is very a slow and a problem with open world games that have to stream a lot of textures. I would add a bigger HDD (uses a laptop/2.5in hdd if I remember correctly) and see if that helps or return your PS4 slim for a model with a bigger drive.

Ok so I cleaned it and nothing changed. I contacted person who sold me this and he said the problem why I have low FPS is because I have only 12GB HDD. Do you think thats true?
