Please help me unlock this PCIe lock!!!

Hey guys, i was just wondering if anyone could help me unlock this type of PCIe lock, I wanna be as careful as can be and try not to damage any components! Thank you if anyone can help!

Moving the lock lever toward the motherboard heatsink would be the correct thing to do. It doesn't look like they give you much room to work.

Press down slightly on the tab on the right side at the end of PCIe x16 slot to release the locking mechanism.
