Which is the better pc gaming combo

i can either build my own pc and get a i7 7700 gtx 1060 8gb of ddr4 2400mhz
vs
prebuilt for same price i5 7600k gtx 1070 16 ddr4 3000 and i can overclock it with the 212 evo just a little bit

which combo is the better one for purely gaming

Get this list:

CPU: i5-7500
Motherboard: ASUS or Gigabyte B250 motherboard whichever is cheaper
RAM: Any 2 x 8GB Kit or 1 x 8GB stick. You can add second stick in future and spend that saved money on other components.
Storage: WD Blue 1TB
PSU: Corsair CXM550 that is the best deal.
Case: Corsair 200R if it is bit over budget go for Corsair 100R.

GPU you will have to decide. If you were in USA I could give you build with GTX1080. But is you are in some other country you will have to decide depending on how much budget is left to spend. If it is very low go for GTX1060. But if it just a bit short from getting you a GTX1070 save on RAM by going with only 8GB and still if few bucks short wait for some time add bit to your budget and for...

well its actually 800-930 for the pc but im getting parts from usa and egypt so its mixed egypt is cheaper for cases ram and power supply and hard drive but usa is cheaper for cpu mobo gpu well anyways tomorrow i told my dad to get me a 1060 if its not enough for me i would sell it in egypt and get a 1070 next year from usa
