Is it possible to virtually partition the SSD and HDD together and make them act as one volume to put w just windows on ? And can i choose with drive to get fulk first ?

Solution
No and no.

There are many ways to manage space between the drives, but we need some investigation first.

What size is the SSD?
What is the OS?

Install and run WinDirStat to help discover what is using your space.

And thereby blowing away most of the utility and speed of having an SSD.

Biggest space gobblers for SSD's ..

The Windows Update folder @ c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download - Use junctions and point to D:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
Temp folder @ C:\Windows\Temp - Edit environment variable to point to D:\Windows\Temp
User Folder C:\Users - Best done on clean build, enable the admin account, delete account used during setup, edit regedit to change path of profiles to D:\Windows\Users, reboot, log back in as admin, create new user account, login as user disable admin account.
