Asus z270h - i can't work out if the board is broken? HELP!

I turn on my psu, the power led light on the board turns on, then after half a second it flickers off, but all my peripherals are powered. It doesn't post when I press the power button and I have checked the pins over.

This is the second board I have had in the past 2 weeks that has done this.

Can anyone help me or has the same problem?

The first board posted a few times, came back to it the next day and it would not post, got a replacement from the store i bought it from and this one wont post at all.

I'm thinking it might be my PSU.

I would try a higher quality PSU a DECENT 550W or 650w is plenty for a single card setup.

I Just ordered a Corsair HX850i as it was the same price as the 750w version. I am looking to SLI in the future so that's why I went for such a high wattage PSU.

I will have to take the board back to the store again, if they are reluctant to swap it, I guess I will have to do directly to Asus under the warranty.

It's annoying as this build worked for a good month, but as soon as I went to put it in my new case this problem occurred.

I hope it works , make sure there's nothing in the new case shorting out the setup. Sometimes this happens when swapping cases, build it outside the case to be sure if you still have issues.
