Ok so up to today i've had at a minimum of 7mb/s download speed on steam now it goes down to 0 it goes up to 10mb/s then down. i've changed region and my pc is 2 years old but still keeps up to todays standards. The download speed goes to 1mb/s then to 3 then to 0 then to 5 and just stays low. i have 80mb/s download speed and 100 upload speed this must be a problem with steam i suppose. I have changed regions and cleared download cache the download cache thing made it worse tho. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
