They are basically the same board, they've made 2 in other words, one is for matx cases, people who prefer small form factor, and the other is for people who have an ATX case, so get which one suits your case and needs.

The Corsair 100R is an ATX Mid Tower Case, so I should get the ASRock AB350 Pro 4 ATX Motherboard Version and not the Micro one I guess, correct?

Yes unless your intentions are to go small form factor sometime in the near future, otherwise if your happy with your case, get the ATX board.

I have been looking at the same two boards AB350 Pro4 & AB350M Pro4
Aside from being two different form factors. The AB350 PRO4 (ATX) board has following PCI 2 Pcie x16 slots and AB350M Pro4 only has 1 PCIe X16.
So, if you're going to put graphic card on one of the Pcie16 and Raid controller for High power Raid on the second x16 slot then having 2 of them is helpful. also if you're going to put to graphics then go with two pcie x16.

The other thing i noticed is that ATX board has 6 Sata3 vs mATX only has 4. and fewer USB ports. Good luck. If you haven't already picked out the board.
